TopBin: Soccer Drafts is operated by Truflag LLC. You can request deletion of your account and associated app data at any time.
How to Request Deletion
Email truflag@dnatechgroup.com from the email address connected to your TopBin account, or include your username if you use username/password sign-in.
Use the subject line "TopBin account deletion request" and tell us whether the request. If you cannot email from the account address, include enough information for us to verify that you own the account.
You may also request deletion from inside TopBin where account management is available.
Data Deleted
After verification, we delete or anonymize account profile data, authentication-linked identifiers, username records, gameplay profile data, draft history, leaderboard-linked account records, push notification tokens, referral records, and device/account support identifiers associated with the account.
Data We May Keep
We may retain limited records when required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or app store purchase verification. This may include purchase transaction identifiers, refund or chargeback records, fraud-prevention logs, support correspondence, and records needed to enforce prior deletion or abuse-prevention requests.
Retained records are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, generally up to 7 years for tax, accounting, or transaction records unless a longer period is required by law.
Timing
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more information to verify ownership or complete the request, we will contact you using the email address you provide.
